A big thank you to McFarlane Telfer for coming out to us this week to fit the final parts to the kitchen equipment and make us fully operational. The last piece of the puzzle is the dishwasher extraction hood being fitted by Ron today. There’s been a big tidy and rearrangement of the dry store in preparation for food orders, and on Sunday, there will be an intensive commercial clean to make the place glisten and shine. It is SO close! Watch this space…!
