Well, that was one helluva quiz with a three-way tie between JMC, the Desperados and Windsor Accord. To separate them, the tie-break was from the top drawer of intellectually challenging questions: how many glasses had the bar staff broken since a specific date. JMC came out as the winners and got the £25 bar tab.
The raffle was won by Nigel, who won the cash jackpot – unfortunately, it was only £10 this week, having been won the last time out. As Quiz Lord Martin was on holiday, Micky stepped in as Quiz Master.
