The second Swan Community Golf Day took place earlier this week at Royal Ascot Golf Club. Twenty-seven golfers braved testing conditions to raise over £300 for Frontage Renovation Project. Once engraved, the trophies will be on display in The Swan. The team winners were Sue Choularton, Jane Stephen, Mark Pugh and John Munday.
The nearest the pin prize was won by Eamonn Gannon. Cindy Smith won the best individual par-3 performance. Her husband, Graeme, collected a bottle of champagne from Peter Clifford on her behalf.
