On Sunday, shareholders of the Swan Clewer CIC gathered to receive a presentation of the 2024 Accounts from Will Calvert, who confirmed a small profit had been achieved and that the mortgage had been reduced by the planned payment.
There was an update on the past years events from the General Manager, Micky, and Chair of the Friends of The Swan, Anne, as well as a very interesting presentation from Ash Sheehan, Head of the Green Room College, about how beneficial to the students being at The Swan can be with news of George, a student at the College who had recently been hired as bar staff.
Hollie Harrison announced that she will be standing down as Community Director as she has reached the end of her two-year term, and advised that she was happy to talk to anyone interested in learning more about the role.
