This week, we said au revoir to David, our popular bartender, who moved on to pastures new! It’s the end of an era, and over 4 years, Dave has been a big part of The Swan journey. All of us at The Swan wished him all the very best in the future and look forward to seeing him on the other side of the bar now and then! Thanks for everything, Dave!
