It was announced that, after working behind the bar for some time, Steph Simonetti is appointed as The Swan’s new Bar Manager.
For many of our regulars, Steph needs little introduction. Having already been an important member of our bar team, she knows The Swan, our customers, our volunteers and our community groups inside out. Her promotion reflects both her hard work and her commitment to delivering the warm, friendly service that our customers have come to expect. Steph brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the role. Before joining The Swan, she worked in a variety of customer-facing positions within the licensed trade, developing strong skills in pub operations, customer service and team leadership. Since arriving at The Swan, she has become a trusted member of the team, helping to ensure the pub runs smoothly while creating the welcoming atmosphere that makes people want to return again and again.
