On a rather warm Wednesday night, this week’s Quiz was less busy than usual but still we all had a fabulous time with Quiz Lord Martin’s usual eclectic mix of brainteasers. Top of the pile was a team new to The Swan Quiz, appropriately called “The Newbies”, who walked away with the £25 bar tab prize. And it was a welcome return for Mike, our erstwhile bartender who was delighted to pick up the Jammie Dodgers for coming last, given he had played pretty much on his own! And Simon from Relegation Battle was equally chuffed to win the Star Prize in the raffle – a packet of crisps!
