GRC welcomed an old friend of The Green Room and The Swan, PCSO David Bullock, for this week’s Swan Elder. David spoke about his tireless work in the community and, most importantly, gave us a refresher on how to use the defib, which is placed outside The Swan. David, a familiar face to many in the Windsor community, has been instrumental in getting so many public-access defibrillators onto our streets, including our own!
