Mike chose the following cheeses for the night:
- Goats: Rosary garlic & herb, and also Irish St. Tola
- Soft: Baron Brie and Irish rind-washed Durrus
- Hard: Keen’s cheddar and Red Leicester
- Blue: Stichelton and a Danish Blue
