After a significant amount of work over several years, and with COVID to boot, The Kitchen is now open. Thanks to everyone involved in this fantastic achievement. All you have to do is try it for yourself.
We are absolutely delighted that our newly opened Swan Kitchen has achieved a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating. This is a testament to the work put in by the whole team.
