Harry’s first Kitchen Takeover on Monday was a joy – with his delicious handmade burger patties and chunky chips, in particular, getting rave reviews! Having started as a GRC student apprentice, it has been great to see Harry moving up through the ranks of kitchen porter, bartender and now Kitchen Takeover chef – I’m sure you will join us in congratulating him and saying we look forward to seeing you in the kitchen again very soon!
