It was an unusually small, but perfectly formed group who descended on The Swan for Bingo this month – maybe something to do with the heat, or staying up late for the footie the previous night? Nevertheless, we carried on and Glamorous Assistant Trudy took the opportunity to properly teach the moves for “Eighty-Five – Staying Alive” and another dance we need to fit into a call somewhere!!
The Bingo Gods were still looking down on us, particularly Matthew who amassed no less than 3 large drinks and 1 small! Martin also had the luck of the Irish, winning 2 small drinks – and then donated his third prize of the evening to Alice and team who at that point had won nothing at all! But of course, you know what happened then don’t you – in the final Top of the Bill round teammates Pablo won the Line and Alex the House!
