On Wednesday night, we gathered not only for our bi-monthly quiz night but also to watch the Great British Pub Awards 2025 ceremony, livestreamed from Leeds.
Sadly, this year it was not to be, but we were very pleased that the Best Community Pub crown went to Chaplin’s and The Cellar Bar in Boscombe, who we had pipped to the post to win last year – the ultimate karma! And we are all enormously proud to have made the finals again, a testament to the efforts of all involved with The Swan. And we raised a glass to that!
