A proud week for The Swan saw Micky reach the final stages of the 2026 Licensee of the Year competition and be named a British Institute of Innkeeping Ambassador.
While the top award went to the team at The Windsor Castle, Micky praised the incredible support of The Swan’s staff, volunteers, students, teachers and customers, recognising them as the driving force behind everything the pub achieves.
Whilst in the pub, the event was shown live.
The day before was interviews and networking.
