June 2026 was another busy month at The Swan, reflecting everything that makes it such a thriving community hub. Regular favourites including quiz nights, bingo, coffee mornings, gardening sessions and live entertainment continued to bring people together, while volunteers worked tirelessly to keep both the pub and its grounds looking their best. Fundraising remained at the heart of many activities, with the community once again showing its generosity and support.
The month also showcased The Swan’s welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, with events for all ages, opportunities to socialise, and plenty of reasons to visit. Whether enjoying music, testing knowledge at the quiz, lending a hand in the gardens or simply meeting friends over a drink, June demonstrated how The Swan continues to be much more than a pub—it’s a vibrant community hub built on friendship, volunteering and shared experiences.
