July 2026

As the exceptionally hotter weather continued, we embraced the opportunity to enjoy our newly tidied Courtyard as much as possible for our events in July.

The month began with the start of the World Cup 2026 Knockout rounds, and we took full advantage of the opportunity to get the community together to cheer on England all the way to the Semi Finals – in the bar and in the Courtyard. We even had a unexpected visit from a group of holidaymakers supporting one of our opponents – they were warmly welcomed at our community pub and had a great introduction our inclusivity values!

As the footie ended our summer events programme began in earnest, with both a Birthday Party and a Christmas Knees Up – yes, Christmas, in July!
